The gently rolling Tuscan countryside is ideally suited to exploration by bike. Fully immersed in the beautiful natural environment, the sensorial experience is immensely rewarding, engaging and personal. Includes a guided road tour. The excursions include bike rental, helmet, water, transportation to the starting point.
This private tour of the vineyard, winery & tasting of six of the most remarkable Brunello di Montalcino vintages is a must for wine lovers. You will learn about the attention to detail behind every bottle, from the winemaking process to the barrell ageing. During the tasting, you will be served local Pecorino cheese, cured meats, fresh bread, EVO oil and honey.

Create a three-course Tuscan meal where you’ll learn how to transform fresh local ingredients into delicious, authentic Tuscan and Italian dishes using traditional cooking skills. Classes begin in the organic kitchen garden before moving indoors to the interactive atmosphere of the kitchen. Class includes a tasting meal and a glass of wine.
Wine and truffles are two proud Tuscan products. Enjoy the best of both with a truffle hunting expedition followed by a special Brunello di Montalcino wine tasting. You will be taught how to identify the various species of trees sought out by truffle spores and learn about the ideal habitat for their growth. Finally, you’ll take part in an absorbing truffle hunt adventure with an experienced tartufaio and his charming hunting dogs. At the end of the hunt, a private Brunello tasting, and truffle-based lunch will take place.
