Q: What will the weather be like in Italy during our stay?
A: Daytime highs: Around 17–18 °C (63–64 °F). Nighttime lows: Around 7–9 °C (45–48 °F); You might have sunny warm days and cooler, rainy ones — so plan layers!
Q: What should I wear/pack?
A: Think refined, yet relaxed. Layers are key-- mornings can be cool, afternoons warm, and evenings chilly. If you're heading to a town experience, bring walking shoes/sneakers for cobblestone stoned streets. If you're planning on using the resort's amenities such as the sauna/steam bath (reservations required) or temperature controlled 25-30°C (77-86°F) pool, please bring a swimsuit. Smart casual attire is recommended for the dinners.
Q: Who is invited to attend?
A: The Planview Falcon Club is a Planview sponsored event for club winners (and their registered guests) who have received an invitation
Q: Can I bring my family?
A: Additional guests will be at the employee's expense. Planview will cover for the club winner and one guest over age 18+ Please note: Only the club winner and their guest are allowed at sponsored meals and events, including activities and experiences paid for by Planview.
Q: If I am unable to go, can I transfer my invitation to another person?
A: No, the Falcon Club is by invitation only. All club winners are carefully selected and reviewed by the Planview leadership team
Q: I am unable to attend, can I have the cash equivalent?
A: No, this is not an option. If you are unable to attend, you will still receive your award and a personalized lucite falcon.
Q: Could I book my flights outside of Concur if the cost is cheaper?
A: Yes, book & purchase tickets as you would normally complete a transaction. When completing your expense report, please follow expense reporting guidelines, as usual.
Q: What if I wish to extend my stay?
A: Any additional length of stay outside of the standard check-in and check-out dates will be at your own expense. Please indicate during registration
Q: I need a passport, will Planview pay for the cost?
A: No, all attendees will be responsible for all passport fees.
Q: Am I required to take PTO for Falcon Club?
A: No. Falcon Club is considered a business activity, and as such, you are not required to take PTO. However, if you plan to extend your trip for personal reasons, PTO must be approved and taken.
